The Estates Manager of Lincolnshire Police Force contacted us to discuss an available Yorkon modular office building that he thought may suit their office expansion needs.

The Requirement

Lincolnshire Police required quickly, a quality pre-owned building that had an open plan office area for 35 people, various smaller 1 & 2 person offices, a meeting room, a reading room, a kitchen area and male / female / disabled toilets.

The building was to be erected on a former car park area adjacent to the Police headquarters and was required fully completed within a six week period.

Our Solution

The Yorkon building that we had available was the correct size at 458m2 to cater for all of the requirements needed, but was presently open plan.

We attended a meeting with the Estates Manager and his team at Lincolnshire Police HQ to discuss the layout and within 48 hours, designed an internal office layout and supplied a drawing that included all of the areas that they required.

We arranged for the Estates Manager and his colleague to view the actual building and after receiving his subsequent order, we dismantled, relocated and erected the Yorkon modular building onto their site and started fit out works. Within a further 2 weeks the alterations were complete and the building was signed off.

The Estates Manager and his team were delighted with the quality of the product we supplied and the professionalism of our company and staff.

All of the health & Safety documentation that we supplied was passed off first time by the Estates team and the building was relocated safely and professionally whilst complying to all of the current Health & Safety regulations.

Our teams worked weekends and late nights to ensure completion of the project within the required deadline and to our customers complete satisfaction.

The Estates Manager of Lincolnshire Police wrote to us after the project had been completed and said;
