Modular & Portable Buildings Ltd takes Health & Safety issues very seriously and will remove your temporary modular building in accordance with the current CDM Regulations.
Our trained teams of professional building dismantlers all have CSCS Accreditation and will attend any required inductions prior to safely dismantling and removing the modular building from your site.
Each team has a project manager who will be your single point of contact and who will work closely with you during the removal process. All of our trained specialised operatives will read and digest our Method Statements and Risk Assessments prior to the commencement of any works and will remove your building safely and in accordance with our programme of works.
After our agreed purchase, we will visit your premises to attend a Health & Safety meeting with your representatives and then will forward to you the following information;
