Modular & Portable Buildings Ltd take Health & Safety issues very seriously and we will install your modular building or portable office in accordance with the Health & Safety requirements.
Our trained teams of professional building erectors all have CSCS Accreditation and will attend any required inductions prior to safely installing your relocatable modular building.
Each team has a project manager who will be your single point of contact and who will work closely with you during the installation process.
All of our trained specialised operatives will read and digest our Method Statements and Risk Assessments prior to the commencement of any works and will install your building safely and in accordance with our programme of works.
We will visit your premises to conduct a site survey and attend a Health & Safety meeting with your representatives and then will forward to you the following information;

A method statement describing the method of installation.

A risk assessment showing any risks associated with the installation project.

A copy of our insurance policy.

Our companies Health & Safety Policy.

A full programme of works.

The contact details of our operatives that will be attending your premises.
In summary we will ensure that you gain peace of mind by supplying you with specific Health & Safety documentation appertaining to your particular project and by installing your modular building in accordance with our documentaion whilst complying with all Health & Safety regulations.
