Requirements: Lincolnshire Police required additional office space for an operational unit to be located at their H.Q. in Nettleham.The building needed to be supplied and ready for occupation within a quick timescale and provide a high quality finish to meet with the staffs expectations.   

Solution: Lincolnshire Police prepared a detailed specification of the accommodation they required and contacted various modular building suppliers.  The solution proposed by Modular and Portable Buildings proved to be the most comprehensive offering the best overall value and quality.  Working closely with Lincolnshire Police, Modular and Portable Buildings delivered the project within 6 weeks. A single storey office facility was supplied using 16 separate bays to provide an open plan office area, individual meeting rooms, tea prep area and toilets.
