Modular & Portable Buildings Ltd will ensure that any problems that you have with your building are dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Modular & Portable Buildings Ltd believe that you should receive the same  period of guarantee for a quality pre-owned building, that you do for a new manufactured building. Therefore, we will guarantee all of the pre-owned buildings that we supply against water ingress for a period of 12 months from the date of handover.

In addition we will guarantee to replace any goods or materials that become faulty within a 12 months period due to poor workmanship or faulty materials and will attend your site free of charge to replace or repair any items needed. (Fluorescent lights are not included in this warranty period).

We believe in looking after our customers and offer an excellent after sales service. We will attend your site anywhere in the UK free of charge to repair or replace any faulty items during the guarantee period. Our after sales service is swift and professional to ensure your complete satisfaction. We appreciate that customers make our business and therefore we go out of our way to look after them.
