The pre-owned modular buildings that we supply are recognised by the DCLG (formally the ODPM) as being environmentally friendly, because the embodied energy required
to originally manufacture them is contained within the fabric of the building and is transportable, therefore the amount of energy used is only 3% of the energy required
to manufacture an equivalent new modular building if the building is supplied with minimal alterations.
